How large are your shirts?
All shirts are unisex sizes. If you own a t-shirt with your preferred fit, lay it out flat and measure its length and width. Then compare those measurements with the chart below to find your best size.
How should I care for my screen-printed shirt?
Wash in cold water with the t-shirt turned inside out to protect the artwork.
Who are your manufacturers?
I'm happy to shout them out. I recommend Terminus Tees for apparel, and Split Arrow Prints for paper printing. Let them know Billie sent ya!

Where do you ship orders from?
All orders ship out of Smyrna, Georgia, USA.
Do you ship international orders?
I currently do not take international orders. Hopefully, in the future I may! 🤞🏻
Do you take returns or exchanges?
All DragonBeak sales are final! That means no returns or exchanges. I’m a single-person operation without the means to support returns or exchanges.
Please review item photos, descriptions, and sizes carefully, before placing your order. Feel free to ask any questions about an item through the Contact page.
How soon do you ship an order after it’s placed?
I package all orders myself in my studio office and ship orders out within 1-3 business days.
Pre-order items may have longer processing times which will be detailed on their descriptions.
Help! My order got lost, what should I do?
Take a deep breath, and don’t panic! The USPS has steps on their website for what to do when a package goes missing. [link here]
Unfortunately, once a package is with the post office, I have no more information on it than the reciever.
Help! I put down the wrong address or didn’t pick up my package, and it’s being returned! What should I do?
Reach out through the Contact page and we can arrange to have your order reshipped for an additional shipping cost, after the package returns to me. Please, be aware it may take a long time for a returned package to come back to its sender.
Make sure to review your address and other info very carefully during check out.
Help! My order came in damaged, can you help?
I do my best to quality check my items and pack my orders for a safe journey, however, things happen! Please, reach out through the Contact page, and we’ll arrange to send you a replacement.
